Future Stars Coaches Needed

We are currently accepting applications for coaches for our Future Stars program (formerly the Development program).  And this year, Future stars will encompass players from U9 to U12.

The Future Stars program is all about igniting a spark in our young players so that in the long run they may become interested in realizing their full potential as soccer players.  Without that spark - that innate and tireless passion - it is impossible to consider excelling in an activity.  Falling in love with the game of soccer and creating the good habits necessary to fall in love with training starts at the Future Stars level.
To become a Future Stars coach, what are we looking for?
  • First and foremost, your son or daughter needs to be interested in participating in the Future Stars program (born 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003).  And Future Stars is inclusive not elitist.  It is a training program for those that are interested in learning how to develop their potential at mastering soccer.
  • You don't have to have been a soccer star.  While it is nice if you do have some soccer playing experience it is more important that you are energetic and passionate about working with kids.
  • You don't have to have coaching experience. While it is nice if you have some instructional experience it is more important that you are committed to the belief that good youth development means helping players improve performance first and then achieve success through results second.  Excellence before success.
Please consider the program and applying to coach.  It will be a worthwhile and fulfilling opportunity for you to add true meaning and real purpose to your life.  And those are things I know we spend our adult years trying to find.  There are not many better ways to achieve that then working with kids in sport and helping them grow.
