Physical Literacy Soccer

The PGYSA/PG IMPACT Physical Literacy Soccer program provides a foundation for active living and health, while teaching our youngest members to move within their environment with competence and confidence. By providing scenarios that challenge the participant in a variety of ways, the benefits of our Physical Literacy Soccer program benefit the whole person holistically. This is important when building a relationship with the environment in which we live and play. Movement abilities play a significant role when developing physical and cognitive functions and underlies lifelong participation and enjoyment of sport. This program provides a foundation for optimal participation within successive Club programs or in other sports or activities.
