The PGYSA Impact member experience includes the use of the best practices to ensure a pathway and roadmap for every player, coach, and official is provided.

The goals of our PGYSA Impact Skill Centre are:

• Keep more young players involved in the game for longer by providing them with an enjoyable experience with the game
• Produce clear training guidelines for our club so that we can deliver the best possible environment for young players in our region
• Produce better players within the North by increasing opportunity and access to better training and competition for more young players
