(All updates throughout the season will be posted here on this webpage, check back often!)
Season start date:
TBD by the City of PG ParksDept. (Preliminary start is early May)
The confirmed date will be emailed out by the end of April.

How to Add a Supplementary Guardian to receive club emails
If you have a spouse or an appointed guardian to your child who you would like to also receive emails, all you have to do is complete the following quick steps:
- Log into your PowerUp account
- Click on "Profile" in the lefthand column
- Click on "Edit My Profile"
- Click on "Spouse or Supplementary Guardian Info"
- SAVE. You MUST click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.
- Done!
See the attached example pictures. Note: these are screenshots of the club admin's account. Your account will look slightly different.
Program Fees
- U3 Northern Timbits (Born 2022) $95.00 (Program runs once/week only)
- U4 Northern Timbits (Born 2021) $180.00 (Program runs twice/week)
- U5 Northern Timbits (Born 2020) $180.00 (Program runs twice/week)
- U6/7 Northern Timbits (Born 2019/2018) $255.00 (Program runs twice/week)
- U8/9's (Born 2017/2016) $255.00 (Program runs twice/week)
- U10/11's (Born 2015/2014) $285.00 (Program runs twice/week)
- U12/13's (Born 2013/2012) $285.00 (Program runs twice/week)
- U14/15's (Born 2011/2010) $285.00 (Program runs twice/week)
- U16-U18's (Born 2009-2007) $285.00 (Program runs twice/week)
- Goalkeeper Program U10-U18, Free when registered in club league. ( $50.00 when not registered in any Phase Four club league programs, email the office to register.)
All registrations come with a player kit. The kit: jersey, black shorts and black socks.
Cleats and shin guards are mandatory for ages 6-18. Cleats and shin guards are highly recommended for ages 3-5.

Changes were made to the schedule on February 27th. Every group had changes made to the schedule. Please look over carefully!

Registrations are done through PowerUp Sports
**IMPORTANT NOTICE** (Please read through carefully!)
PGYSA registrations will now be done through PowerUp Sports and NOT through SportsEngine. What does this mean? You will need to create a PowerUp account if you do not already have one. See the 'How To Guide' below if you need help setting up your account or email the office at: impact@pgysa.bc.ca
We will continue to use SportsEngine as our website ONLY.
IMPORTANT! Make sure to select "opt in" in your PowerUp account in order to receive important emails from PGYSA! These emails could include cancellations, new program registration (Phases 1-4), travel opportunities, etc.!

Account Email Notice- IMPORTANT!
Make sure you select "opt in" in your PowerUp account to receive club emails or you will miss cancellation notices, new program registration releases, travel player pool Assessment sessions and other very important club information such as schedule changes!
Steps:
Log into your account, click on "Account Settings" in the left hand column, on that screen you will see "yes/no", click yes and SAVE. You MUST save.
"Due to Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), PowerUp Sports is not permitted to contact recipients who have chosen to Opt-Out of club communications."
Game Schedule/Teams/Field Map
The Game schedule and the Team lists will be made after the registration deadline and will be posted here along with the Field Map the week before the season start date. Check back at the end of April.
A "Welcome to Phase Four Outdoor 2025" email will be sent out closer to the start date. This email will give you all of the information you will need to know to start the season including the season start date.

Notes:
- All Club League training and games will be held at Rotary Soccer Fields located off of Ospika Blvd. between 15th Ave & 18th Ave.
- Parking is available in the Aquatic Centre parking lot, the lot adjacent to the Aquatic Centre and at CN Centre. Please be careful when crossing 18th Ave. when parking at CN Centre.
- There is absolutely no dropping off your child or parking allowed along 18th Ave.
- There is absolutely no parking allowed in front of Rotary Fields gates or fences, especially along 18th Ave. These gates are for emergency vehicles and city vehicles.
- No dogs. No smoking or vaping. No bicycle riding on fields, please push bicycle.
